How Do We Know That A Leader Is A True Leader?

How do we know that a leader is a true leader?

 

A true leader is a good role model not just a dictator who orders around. A leader is the one who influences his subordinates through his actions. He manages problems carefully and thinks of the whole rather than himself. He is responsible in everything and deligates tasks efficiently to all members without biases. If one does not confirm with any of these descriptions then he is not worthy of being termed as a true leader.
